Los Angeles-raised model and Sparkle artist Anthony Constantino enters as the “Total Dream Heartthrob ng USA.” He has modeled for Louis Vuitton and Francis Libiran and appeared in “Huwag Kang Titingin” and “From Vlog to Love.” Viewers may also recognize him for his public courtship of Sparkle artist and former housemate Shuvee Etrata.
