Galaxia Festival 2027 – NIBIRU In just four days since opening, NIBIRU has welcomed 282,000 visitors, averaging approximately 70,000 guests per day and marking an exceptional debut for the inaugural season of Romania’s largest seaside entertainment resort.
The opening was powered by the GALAXIA Festival, which immediately entered the ranks of Romania’s major music festivals and has become the country’s third-largest music festival.
What began as an ambitious vision has, in its very first weekend, evolved into a landmark project that is redefining Romania’s Black Sea coast.
NIBIRU offers a complete entertainment and leisure experience for visitors of all ages, centered around its vibrant Promenade and complemented by more than 30 restaurants and retail outlets, music festivals, family attractions, and a diverse daily entertainment program.
The official opening was conceived as an all-evening spectacle, providing visitors with a preview of the experiences that will define the resort’s 46-day inaugural season.
Attendance during the opening weekend exceeded initial expectations, confirming strong public interest in Romania’s newest entertainment destination.
The opening program featured Circus of Wonders, the first artistic production created by Artistic Director Răzvan Dincă, alongside special appearances by Selly, Dan Negru, and Dumitru Prunariu, as well as an aerial show, hot-air balloons, acrobatic performances, street artists, projection mapping, and fireworks.
NIBIRU has also become the place where people gather to experience the summer’s biggest moments together.
Around 5,000 spectators watched the FIFA World Cup Final in NIBIRU Square, broadcast on the venue’s 33-metre screen, normally used for MINA’s immersive visual projections.
The live screening created a unique shared experience, bringing thousands of football fans together in one place.
Through the diversity of its attractions, NIBIRU has already answered the question that inspired the project: “What can you do at the seaside after sunset?” The Promenade, live performances, concerts, attractions, and experiences for every generation create a vibrant evening program running daily from 6:00 PM until 3:00 AM.
Access to the Promenade is available with a minimum consumption of RON 25 for tickets purchased online before 5:00 PM on the day of the visit.
NIBIRU’s entertainment program revolves around two spectacular main stages, each offering a distinct experience.
The Center Stage hosts concerts and live shows included with Promenade access, featuring some of Romania’s best-known artists alongside themed productions.
Meanwhile, the NIBIRU Arena presents large-scale events featuring internationally acclaimed performers and world-class productions.
Accessible with Promenade admission, the Center Stage has already welcomed Mario Fresh, Carla’s Dreams, Delia, Puya, and Smiley, bringing live music to the heart of the NIBIRU experience.
The stage has quickly become one of the Promenade’s main gathering points, where visitors can enjoy headline performances without purchasing a separate festival ticket.
At the same time, the NIBIRU Arena, the largest open-air club in Romania, has hosted performances by Clean Bandit, Salvatore Ganacci, Farruko, Nicky Jam, and HUGEL, delivering the kind of energy and production value typically associated with major international festivals.
GALAXIA Makes a Powerful Debut, Putting Romania on the Latin and Reggaeton Festival Map The inaugural edition of GALAXIA officially launched the summer season at NIBIRU, bringing together tens of thousands of fans for three days of music, dance, and world-class performances.
The festival’s lineup featured international stars and leading Romanian artists, including Ozuna, INNA, HUGEL, Nicky Jam, Clean Bandit, and DJ Snake.
Festivalgoers played a central role in creating the event’s vibrant atmosphere, singing along with performers and joining choreographed moments that defined the energy of the first edition.
GALAXIA will return in 2027, with the next edition scheduled for 15–18 July.
