PETALING JAYA: Prudent measures to curb rising living costs are being implemented in stages to ensure greater stability and prosperity for Malaysians, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
The Prime Minister said Malaysians were facing growing global uncertainties, including economic pressures, climate change, rapid developments in artificial intelligence and increasingly complex regional geopolitical dynamics.
He said the effects of these challenges were being felt across the world.
“In navigating these challenges, the nation must chart its course wisely through sound policies and practical measures that preserve stability and ease the burden on the rakyat,” he said in his speech at the investiture ceremony held in conjunction with His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia’s official birthday celebration at Istana....
