Two different people from vastly different worlds who found each other thanks to that little thing called love.
It’s a romantic tale that, at first glance, looks like it would win the world over.
And for the first few months, maybe years, it probably did.
As highlighted in the documentary Harry & Meghan: A Modern Royal Romance (now airing on Tubi for free) Meghan and Harry share an incredible love story and this week, Australians got to see it played out in real time during their whirlwind Aussie tour.

OK, maybe without the ‘com’ part.
Back in 2016, a mutual friend set them up on a blind date in London.
At the time, Meghan was an American actress starring on the TV show Suits, and Harry was one of the most famous princes in the world.
In their joint interview after their engagement, Meghan famously admitted to not knowing much about Harry.
She just had one question for her matchmaker pal: “Is he nice?” Despite coming from completely different upbringings, there was an instant spark.
They managed to keep things under wraps for those first few months, even taking a quick, romantic trip to Botswana where they camped under the stars and really fell in love - without the rest of the world watching or weighing in.
Once the secret was out, the media attention was intense.
“The difficulty of course with Prince Harry finding love with a famous actress was exactly that - she was a famous actress,” Katie Nichols, author and journalist, reveals in the doco.
“The time that the romance was actually revealed in the papers, I remember she was promoting a clothing line for Reitmans.
She had to do a lot of press around that.
Well how can you do press interviews around a clothing line and have people not want to talk about Prince Harry? I think they realised early on, particularly at the palace, that there was a potential conflict of interest.” Despite the many negative headlines, their relationship only grew stronger.
By November 2017, they were officially engaged.
