The 19-year-old joined other celebrities at the fashion event which took place at LACMA, which marked his first red carpet in over a decade after he posed with his famous mom at the Teen Choice Awards back in 2015.
It comes as Spears reportedly caused a chaotic scene during a night out at a L.A.
restaurant also on Wednesday, shortly after leaving rehab and pleading guilty to a DUI.
Jayden was stylishly casual while pausing for a brief photo session in a plaid green shirt as well as a dark green jacket.
He additionally donned a pair of loose-fitting denim jeans and slipped into a pair of black shoes.
For a finishing touch, the teen was seen holding a pair of fashionable shades in his hand while flashing a small smile.

Ventura County Superior Court Commissioner Matthew Nemerson also ruled that police could search her vehicle without a warrant if she was pulled over again.
Following the arraignment, Spears' attorney issued a statement outside of the court and said, 'Miss Spears is doing well.
She came home in anticipation of this hearing.' Daily Mail previously obtained documents which revealed Spears had been facing criminal charges as she was charged with one count of misdemeanor DUI by prosecutors.
Spears was not required to attend the hearing due to the charge being a misdemeanor.
The plea deal the star took is known as a 'wet reckless' and is for defendants with no prior history of DUI.
It is also for defendants who have a low blood alcohol level, when there is no injury or crash, and when the subject shows 'self-motivation to address underlying issues through rehabilitation or a drug and alcohol program.' Following her arrest, Spears 'voluntarily' checked herself in to the luxe rehab facility Borden Cottage in Maine.
