Ahead of Alpha’s release, Bobby finally broke his silence on the alleged rift with his co-star.
During the promotions of his next film, Bandar, Deol said in an interview that people’s idle minds have cooked up the speculation.

The actor added that the claims were incorrect.
Bobby further praised Alia for being a ‘very good actress’ and ‘professional’.
“Mujhe nahi samaj mein aaya kisne kya soch ke ye sab rumours likhe.
I can't go around proving the point to anybody.
So it is not true.
