Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced was a smash hit with both audiences and critics, with only some mild gripes from people surrounding optional DLC.
Beyond that, though, the game has surpassed three million copies sold in the span of a week.
Game director Richard Knight, though, is hinting that support for the remake will continue on for at least a year in a recent interview with AC content creator JorRaptor.
Now, he couldn’t confirm anything, but did say a year-long support cycle “doesn’t feel like a crazy bet.” He addresses that bugs do need to be fixed and the team does want to “add some quality-of-life stuff,” too.
“We need to, you know, fix bugs.
Sorry for anyone running into bugs, uh, they hurt – they’re painful for us, too.
